Get world-class coaching from anywhere in the world! Our online coaching is perfect for those ready to elevate their training and nutrition but can’t access our in-person services.
You’ll benefit from weekly check-ins, monthly calls, and technique/form analysis with your coach. This approach ensures you have everything you need to achieve your goals with expert guidance and support.
Our online services are perfect for those who are already competent in the gym, looking to elevate their training, and in need of extra guidance and accountability. If you’re interested and want more information, reach out to us.
During your online consultation, you’ll discuss your training and nutrition history, medical history, goals, and expectations with your chosen coach. This is your chance to provide the coach with the information they need to help you effectively. The coach will explain the entire online coaching process, including what it involves and how it works. They will also outline a rough plan to help you reach your goals and ask any additional questions they deem necessary to tailor your program.
If you decide to proceed with coaching, you’ll complete your payment and receive our terms and conditions along with a pre-screening questionnaire. This questionnaire may cover information that wasn’t discussed during the consultation, giving you an opportunity to thoughtfully provide additional details. This process ensures we gather all the essential information, allowing your coach to start the programming process effectively.
The coach will then devise your personalized training program and diet plan, that will be developed on Google Sheets. Additionally, you’ll receive a master sheet containing your nutritional tracking and a long-term plan. This comprehensive approach will help keep you accountable and provide clarity on the phases leading to your goal. Once the program is ready, it will be sent to you, and the coach may arrange the onboarding session to discuss it in detail.
You will have weekly check-ins with your coach, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback, voice concerns, and ask questions. The coach will respond to your check-ins, addressing the points you raised. They will also update your training and diet plan as needed and provide an overview of the plan of attack for the week. Additionally, you will have daily access to your coach, who will strive to respond within 24-48 hours, depending on the urgency and situation.

Our Coaching includes a personal relationship with your coach, individualized training programming and nutrition planning, and any updates or amendments made to these throughout the duration of your coaching, as well as Weekly Check-Ins with your coach.
All you need to get started is appropriate gym attire (something YOU are comfortable working out in), a drink bottle and towel. Your coach will provide you with everything else that you need to get under way, and will teach you the tools necessary to facilitate your long term health and fitness journey!
Coaching sessions are individual so you can get the most out of your process. You can invite a friend to visit the gym and have a personal evaluation at no cost.
Sessions can be booked in with our Administration Team at Reception, directly with your coach, or through our GymDesk App (free for download on the App Store).
We do our best to offer flexible payment alternatives for our clients so they can get the most out of our services! Accordingly, we offer both Upfront Payment as well as a Direct Debit.
We have a 24 Hour Cancellation policy, which will be implemented if sessions are cancelled late. If you cancel your session outside of the 24 Hour window (either with your coach directly or through admin), there is no charge to your account.
If you are new to weight based training, our coaches typically recommend starting with 2x sessions per week so that clients gain more frequent exposure to new exercises, as well as this allowing clients to develop their technique and understanding of movements quicker. However, the number of sessions per week a client may train with their coach will also depend on scheduling, what the client can commit to each week as well as the client’s goals! Our Coaches will always advise what is in your best interests, so we encourage you to ask during your consult.
You can come in and train on you own more regularly we have Memberships to suit your needs. A membership is required to utilize the facility outside of Live Coaching Sessions. But with a membership you can access the facility whenever you like.
All Live Coaching sessions are 120 minutes in length. But we encourage all clients to get in earlier to complete an adequate warm up, and to stay as long as they like to complete their training session!
While our gym doesn’t have a shower, we provide a unisex bathroom for all clients’ convenience.
If you have paid for any services that are unused, they will remain active on your account unitil the designated period lapses. It is extremely uncommon that clients are unable to utilize their services before expiration, and in these rare instances we encourage you to contact us directly.
For clients and members on Direct Debit payments plans or contracts, there are fees and charges associated with early termination or suspension of your contract.
